"Hi! My name is Blizzard. This past weekend was the one year Anniversary of my 3 day stay at your hospital. As you can see from the first picture of me, I was in pretty dire straights one year ago.

My entire body went limp and I fell over on my back and couldn't get up. Before I knew it, I found myself wrapped in a blanket and on my owner's lap in a speeding car. Then the car stopped. We were at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center. I stayed in an incubator for 3 days. After that the vet said that my blood sugar had stabilized and I could come out of the incubator and go home.

As you can see from the last picture, I am now a big, healthy, happy cat. I get into all kinds of mischief, but my owners never get mad at me. I think it's because whenever they pick me up, I just purr and purr. I am so thankful for the wonderful people at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center who took care of me, talked to me, and played with me until I was better. "
