Digital Imaging

WVRC utilizes digital technology for all of its imaging modalities.

Now, in less than four seconds, we can take a digital x-ray of your pet’s injury or area of concern without having to develop film.
Once the digital image is complete, we instantly route the images to a high-grade computer server so we can review the images from any computer.
Digital technology also allows us to magnify the image or change its contrast in order to examine the images in more detail and begin immediate treatment.

Should your veterinarian need your pet’s digital images, they can view images from our server, saving valuable time in transporting the images.
